Terms of use

These terms cover your use of acrewise.land. By using the site, you agree to them.

Who we are

Acrewise is operated by Legacy Bridge Holdings Atlanta, LLC (“Acrewise,” “we” or “us”).

What the information is

Acrewise shows land information compiled from public records and published data, such as soil surveys, flood maps, crop maps and aerial photography. Each figure names its source.

It is not an appraisal, a survey, a title search, a soil test, a FEMA flood determination, or legal, financial or engineering advice. Mapped acres are not deeded acres, and area-wide figures describe the area, not a specific parcel. Check anything you will rely on with the source named beside it, or with a licensed professional.

No warranty

Public sources can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and we cannot verify them. The site and its information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Acrewise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the site or its information.

Maps and data from others

Map layers, imagery and data belong to the agencies and companies that publish them and are used under their terms. Many are US government works in the public domain; others, such as some basemaps, carry their own licenses.

Using the site

• Do not use the site to break the law.
• Do not interfere with the site, or send it automated traffic that burdens it.
• Do not present Acrewise information as an appraisal, survey, title opinion or official determination.

Our name and design

The Acrewise name, logo and site design belong to Legacy Bridge Holdings Atlanta, LLC. Public-record data remains public.

Reports and payments

A land report costs $49, paid through Stripe. We check that a report can be built for the land before you pay, and nothing is built until payment goes through.

Your report opens on its own private page, usually within minutes. If we cannot deliver it within 24 hours of your payment, or the public records for the land cannot be completed, we refund the $49 in full. Report pages stay live for a year; you can save a copy as a PDF at any time.

A report is for your own use in evaluating the land. It describes the public record on the date it was compiled, and it is subject to the limits above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date and apply from that date.
