Farm

What can it grow?

Both editions carry every section; the edition sets what comes first.

Anything a free public source could not confirm is listed in the report, never hidden. It is not a survey, title opinion or appraisal.

How it works

  1. Check the land. We find the parcel in the county record and tell you whether a report can be built there.
  2. Pay $49. Checkout is through Stripe.
  3. Read your report. It opens on its own private page, usually within minutes. If we cannot deliver it within 24 hours, the $49 comes back in full.
